The project aims to develop an Energy Efficiency Subscription (EES) ensuring guaranteed energy savings from the deep renovation of residential buildings, which will consider the standards for products and expertise. In order to promote the EES model, OSS are facilitated to support the local or regional stakeholders and widen the scope of possible energy efficiency interventions.
